Abstract: AIDS combines pulmonary infection is one of the main causes of high mortality of AIDS.Therefore,it is very important to study the characteristics of its ultrasound imaging, help clinical diagnosis and obtain accurate treatment in time,so as to reduce the mortality of AIDS patients. In recent years, ultrasound imaging technology is more and more used in the diagnosis of pulmonary infection, especially for pulmonary peripheral lesions and pulmonary consolidation.Conventional ultrasound can provide valuable information for the diagnosis of pulmonary lesions.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasound intervention can provide reliable scientific basis for the differential diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of pulmonary lesions, and plays an important role for the clinical diagnosis and efficacy evaluation estimation of AIDS with pulmonary infection.
