广东省1例输入性新型冠状病毒肺炎合并卵形疟病例调查分析与诊断

Investigation, analysis and diagnosis of an imported COVID-19 case with ovale malaria in Guangdong Province

摘要: 目的 分析广东省首例境外输入性新型冠状病毒肺炎合并卵形疟病例的发病和诊疗过程,为新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间疟疾的防控策略制订提供依据。方法 对2020年12月19日深圳市国外入境集中隔离的经龙岗区健康驿站主动病例排查的新型冠状病毒肺炎合并疟疾疑似病例开展流行病学调查,采集病例的鼻咽拭子和血液样本进行检测并送上级部门复核,对患者的临床资料和流行病学调查结果进行分析。结果 该病例为境外务工人员,男,47岁,于2020年12月19日从肯尼亚回国,机场入境后经闭环管理转运至健康驿站集中隔离。12月25日新型冠状病毒核酸检测初筛阳性,12月26日经深圳市疾病预防控制中心复核确认为新型冠状病毒核酸阳性;疟原虫快速诊断试纸(RDT)检测阴性,镜检疟原虫阳性,荧光聚合酶链反应(PCR)复核确认为卵形疟。结论 根据患者流行病学史、临床表现及实验室检测结果判断为新型冠状病毒无症状感染者合并卵形疟。

Abstract: Objective The purpose is to provide references for malaria prevention and control strategy during the COVID-19 epidemic through analyzing the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of the city's first imported COVID-19 case with ovale malaria. Methods The method is to carry out epidemiologic investigation on the suspected case of new crown-combined malaria who entered Shenzhen for quarantine on December 19, 2021 through the active case investigation of the Longgang District Health Station. The samples of the case were collected for testing and sent to the superior department for review. Descriptive epidemiological method was used for analysis. Investigation Results The case involves an overseas worker (male, 47 years old) who returned to China from Kenya on December 19, 2020 and was transferred to a "health station" for centralized isolation via the closed-loop management system after he landed on the airport. He was first detected positive for novel coronavirus at a nucleic acid test on December 25 and was confirmed to be positive for novel coronavirus after re-checked by the Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Meanwhile, the patient was tested negative in malaria antigen rapid diagnostic test (RDT) and positive for plasmodium in microscopic examination, and after fluorescence PCR test, he was confirmed to be infected with ovale malaria. Conclusion sBased on the results of the epidemiologic investigation, clinical symptoms and lab tests, the case was confirmed to be an asymptomatic COVID-19 patient with ovale malaria.
