Abstract: Confronting the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, it is urgent to enhance the ability of biosafety management for the nucleic acid testing laboratory in China. In this paper, we aim to establish the laboratory biosafety intelligent management system(LBIMS), which can solve the two main tasks in the biosafety management: biosafety monitor and biosafety risk assessment. The structure of LBIMS adopts the model of the intelligent laboratory based on the internet of things, with three layers-- perception layer, transport layer, processing layer. The important content is to research the risk assessment for the laboratory biosafety and to establish the risk assessment model in the LBIMS.
