摘要/Abstract

摘要： 抗酸杆菌（AFB）涂片显微镜检测是全球大多数地区诊断结核病的主要诊断技术,但仅凭AFB涂片阳性容易造成疾病误诊,通过对痰AFB涂片显微镜检查阳性的龟分枝杆菌病长期误诊为结核病和皮肤AFB显微镜检查阳性的麻风病误诊为非结核分枝杆菌肺病（NTM-PD）的诊疗过程回顾性分析总结,同时采用二代测序技术,结合其他检查,及时进行分枝杆菌培养和菌种鉴定,确诊疾病并及时更改治疗方案,避免漏诊、误诊和误治。

Abstract: Microscopic examination of acid-fast bacilli (AFB) smears is the main diagnostic technique for diagnosing Tuberculosis (TB) in most countries. However, AFB smear positive will cause misdiagnosis if it is used alone. We retrospective analyzed and summarized the treatment process of Mycobacterial disease of tortoise, which has long been misdiagnosed as tuberculosis and leprosy misdiagnosed as non-tuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease (NTM-PD), using the two generation sequencing technology combined with other tests simultaneously. What’s more, timely conduct mycobacterium culture and strain identification to diagnose the disease and change treatment process. Provide help for clinical treatment and avoid missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
