裂隙有核细胞在百日咳患者中的表达及诊断价值研究进展

Advances in expression and diagnostic value of cleft nucleated cells in patients with pertussis

摘要: 百日咳是常见的传染性疾病,严重危及患者身心健康。百日咳发病机制复杂,尚不甚清楚,考虑与百日咳鲍特菌、百日咳毒素、细胞损伤、持续咳嗽等因素密切相关。百日咳临床发病率较高,危险因素较多,尽早诊断并及时治疗尤为重要。近年来,裂隙有核细胞在百日咳相关研究中受到广泛关注。裂隙有核细胞是淋巴细胞的一种特殊形态,可作为百日咳早期诊断的辅助依据。但裂隙有核细胞单一指标诊断百日咳易造成漏诊与误诊,故联合其他特异性指标和检测方法能够提高临床诊断效能。鉴于此,本文结合国内外文献报道,综述裂隙有核细胞在百日咳患者中的表达水平及在百日咳早期诊断方面的研究进展,为进一步将裂隙有核细胞应用于百日咳的早期快速诊断提供参考。

Abstract: Pertussis is a common infectious disease that seriously endangers the physical and mental health of patients. Its pathogenesis is complex, closely associated with factors such as Bordetella pertussis, toxins, cellular damage, and persistent cough. Clinically, pertussis has a high incidence and numerous risk factors, making early diagnosis and timely treatment particularly critical. In recent years, cleft nucleated cells—special morphological forms of lymphocytes—have garnered extensive attention in pertussis research. These cells can serve as an auxiliary indicator for early diagnosis due to their specific expression in pertussis patients. However, relying solely on cleft nucleated cells for diagnosis may lead to missed or misdiagnosis. Therefore, combining this marker with other specific indicators and detection methods can enhance clinical diagnostic efficacy. Based on domestic and international literature, this paper reviews the expression levels of cleft nucleated cells in pertussis patients and advances in their application for early diagnosis. The goal is to provide a reference for integrating cleft nucleated cells into rapid early diagnostic protocols for pertussis.
