情景模拟教学在传染病学进修医师培训中的教学模式探索与分析

摘要: 目的 通过对进修医师进行传染病相关知识的培训,探讨情景模拟教学模式在临床教学中的应用优势。方法 选取首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院2020年至2024年进修学习的60名医师作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和情景模拟教学组各30例。选择输入性疟疾为主题,分别进行常规教学及情景模拟教学。教学结束后,组织学员进行理论、实践考试,并进行学习情况效果问卷调查,以此评估教学效果。结果 情景模拟教学组学员的理论及实践考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。情景模拟教学组对学习兴趣、学习理解度、学习参与度、学习效果与学习满意度评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 情景模拟教学模式是一种更加有效的医学教育方法,可缓解传染病教学内容与临床实践的脱节,培养医学生的临床思维,提高医患沟通的能力。

Abstract: Objective The purpose of this study was to provide training on infectious disease-related knowledge to advanced physicians and explore the advantages of using a scenario simulation teaching model in clinical education. Method A total of 60 advanced physicians who came to Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University for advanced training were selected as the research subjects. These participants were randomly divided into a control group and a scenario simulation teaching group. The study focused on malaria, specifically imported malaria cases. The control group received conventional teaching and the scenario simulation teaching group underwent scenario simulation teaching.After completing the teaching sessions, participants were evaluated through both theoretical and practical exams. A survey was conducted to assess their learning experience and effectiveness. Result The scenario simulation group outperformed the control group in both theoretical and practical exams (P<0.05). Participants in the scenario simulation group reported higher interest, better understanding, greater participation, and greater satisfaction with their learning experience compared to the control group (statistically significant with P<0.05). Conclusion The scenario simulation teaching model is a more effective medical education method, which can alleviate the disconnection between the teaching content of infectious diseases and clinical practice, cultivate the clinical thinking of physicians, and improve the ability of doctor-patient communication.
