摘要: 马尔堡病毒自1967年在德国马尔堡、法兰克福和南斯拉夫疫情暴发中首次被发现以来,已在各大洲引发了多次高病死率疫情,主要集中在撒哈拉以南的非洲地区。该病毒是丝状病毒家族中的一员,感染者常出现严重的出血热,随后导致器官功能衰竭和死亡。马尔堡病毒病可在家庭或医院环境中进行人际传播,目前尚无有效的预防或治疗手段,但系统性对症支持治疗可以提高患者生存率。为了应对未来可能的疫情暴发,防患于未然,本文对马尔堡病毒病的病毒学、病理特征、临床表现、诊断学、抗病毒药物、疫苗研发和防控策略等方面进行了全面综述,旨在提高我国医务人员对该病的认识,为未来潜在的疫情暴发防治工作提供直接或间接的理论和实践参考。

Abstract: Since its first discovery during outbreaks in Marburg, Germany, Frankfurt, and Yugoslavia in 1967, the Marburg virus disease has caused multiple high-fatality epidemics on various continents, primarily concentrated in sub-Saharan Africa. Belonging to the Filoviridae family, the virus often leads to severe hemorrhagic fever in infected individuals, followed by organ failure and death. The Marburg virus disease can be transmitted person-to-person in household or healthcare settings. Currently, there are no effective preventive or therapeutic measures available. However, systematic supportive care can improve survival rates. In order to proactively address potential future outbreaks, this article provides a comprehensive review of the virology, pathological features, clinical manifestations, diagnostics, antiviral drugs, vaccine development, and preventative strategy of the Marburg virus disease. The aim is to enhance the understanding of healthcare professionals in China regarding this virus and provide direct or indirect theoretical and practical references for future prevention and control efforts against potential outbreaks.
