Abstract: Infectious diseases is a highly practical subject. Its traditional teaching mode faces many challenges, such as lagging knowledge update, fragmentation of clinical cases, and weak practical teaching. The lack and imperfection of AI-assisted teaching corpus further aggravates the above teaching dilemmas. With the deep integration of "AI+Education", the construction of intelligent teaching corpus has become an important direction to promote the teaching reform of infectious diseases. This paper systematically analyzes the core problems existing in the current undergraduate teaching practice of infectious diseases, and clarifies the core value of corpus construction to solve the above problems. On this basis, it puts forward the framework of AI-assisted teaching corpus construction, elaborates on the specific path, technical support and quality assurance measures of corpus construction, and clarifies the role of AI-assisted teaching corpus construction in promoting the intelligent transformation of infectious diseases education, so as to provide theoretical reference and practical paradigm for promoting the high-quality development of infectious diseases education.
