摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析研究综合三甲医院感染病科的院内住院患者会诊疾病谱特点,探讨综合医院对感染病科的临床需求。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,分析研究2019年6月至2019年12月深圳市人民医院总院经感染病科会诊的住院患者分布科室和会诊特点。结果研究期间我院感染病科共会诊1756例患者,占同期总出院病例的4.38% （1756/40 087）。会诊病例前5位科室依次为消化内科120例（6.83%）、肝胆胰外科117例（6.66%）、风湿免疫科106例（6.04%）、呼吸与危重症医学科105例（5.98%）、肾内科104例（5.92%）。感染病科会诊疾病中,传染性疾病385例（21.92%）,其中病毒性肝炎343例（19.53%）,其他传染病42例（2.39%）;非传染性肝病48例（2.73%）;非传染性感染性疾病共913例（51.99%）,按感染部位前5位分别为尿路感染186例（10.59%）、腹腔感染148例（8.43%）、皮肤软组织感染146例（8.31%）、肺部感染139例（7.92%）、败血症85例（4.84%）;特殊级别抗菌药物使用申请会诊335例（19.08%）。结论综合三甲医院感染病科会诊量以非传染性感染性疾病和传染病为主,因此,综合三甲医院应加强各科室临床医师对本专业感染性疾病诊疗和合理使用抗菌药物的培训。

Abstract: Objective Analyze the disease spectrum of consultation in the Infectious Diseases Department of a general hospital, to explore the demand of general hospitals for the Department of Infectious Diseases. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the distribution department and consultation characteristics of inpatients who were consulted by the Department of Infectious Disease, Shenzhen People's Hospital from June 2019 to December 2019. Results During this period, a total of 1756 cases of infection department had consultation in our hospital, comes for 4.38% of the total discharge cases in the same period; The first five departments of the consultation cases were 120 cases of gastroenterology (6.83%), 117 cases of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery (6.66%), 106 (6.04%), 105 cases of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine (5.98%), and 104 cases of the Department of Nephrology (5.92%); By disease, infectious diseases 385 cases (21.92%), there are 913 cases of non-infectious infectious diseases (51.99%); In the infectious diseases, most viral hepatitis consultations (343 cases), including 270 (15.38%) of HV and 68 of chronic hepatitis C (3.87%), 42 cases of other infectious diseases (2.39%); In non-communicable infectious diseases, the top five of the consultation were 186 urinary tract infections (10.59%), 148 abdominal infections (8.43%), 146 skin soft tissue infections (8.31%), 139 lung infections (7.92%), and 85 of sepsis (4.84%). Of these, 335 applications (19.08%). Conclusion sThe consultation volume of infectious diseases in general tertiary hospitals is mainly non infectious diseases and infectious diseases, therefore, the grade A general hospitals should strengthen the training of clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases and the rational use of antibiotics in their specialty.
