摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的分析广西南宁地区44例布鲁菌病患者的临床流行病学特征,为临床诊疗及防控提供依据。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2020年12月广西医科大学附属南宁市传染病医院收治确诊的44例布鲁菌病患者的流行病学、临床表现、辅助检查、治疗及预后资料。结果 42例（95.45%）患者半年内有羊或相关产品接触史;33例（75.00%）患者以发热为首发症状,临床常见症状和体征包括：发热40例（90.91%）、畏寒14例(31.82%）、乏力16例（34.36%）、多汗9例（20.45%）、消化道症状10例（22.73%）、神经系统症状8例（18.18%）、肌肉酸痛23例（52.27%）、关节疼痛12例（27.27%）,肝、脾大7例（15.91%）。血清铁蛋白升高36例（81.82%）,C反应蛋白轻度升高30例（68.18%）。结论布鲁菌病的临床表现及一般实验室检查缺乏特异性,流行病学史具有特征性意义。抗菌治疗预后良好。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical epidemiological characteristics of 44 patients with brucellosis in Guangxi, and provide evidence for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention. Methods The epidemiology, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examination, treatment and prognosis of 44 cases of brucellosis patients diagnosed by affiliated infectious disease hospital of Nanning, Guangxi Medical University, from 2013 to 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 95.45% of brucellosis patients had contact history with sheep or related products within six months. Fever was the first symptom in 75.00% of patients. Common clinical symptoms and signs included fever (40, 90.91%), chills (14, 31.82%), fatigue (16, 34.36%), sweating (29, 0.45%), digestive symptoms (10, 22.73%), nervous system symptoms (8, 18.18%), muscle soreness (23, 52.27%), joint pain (12, 27.27%), and hepatomegaly or splenomegaly (15, 15.91%). Serum ferritin were elevated in 36 cases of the patients(36, 81.82%). The C-reactive protein level was lightly increased in 30 cases of the patients (30, 68.18%). Conclusion The clinical manifestations and general laboratory indicators of brucellosis lack specificity. Epidemiological history has characteristic significance. Antibacterial treatment was good.
